As a Pilates instructor with a zest for life I offer 1:1 and group  studio based mat Pilate classes at venues in Horsforth and Farsley.  The mixed ability classes are suitable for both women and men.  

In Pilates sessions we move through low impact exercises to improve flexibility, muscular strength, balance & coordination.  Basing exercises around those originally created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's Hummingbird Fitness Pilates sessions incorporate a whole body and mind approach emphasising correct postural alignment.

HiiT, Powerup Pilates, PowerBlast

These online circuit style sessions challenge your strength, cardiovascular system, balance, coordination as we perform exercises and use bodyweight, bands or weights to get a full workout.  

I have an abundance of energy and perform every second of each exercise with you during these online ladies only sessions.

Short of time - these are perfect!  These sessions are 30 minutes in length and no need to even leave your home.  You can fit these live sessions into your daily routines before the house has woken up or you settle down for the evening.  This is YOU time

-1:1/Group Fitness Sessions-

Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Movement training

Based out of my Hummingbird Studio in Horsforth, Leeds, these sessions are tailored to every clients needs.  With access to weights, cardio equipment and open space, indoor and outdoor there is no end to exercise programmes that can be put together for 1:1 sessions or small groups.    

As these sessions are tailored to individual/group needs the first question I have for clients is, what do YOU want to get out of working with me? where do YOU see yourself in 3 months time?  Then the planning starts and the sessions begin.  

Regular weekly sessions are recommended to really get the  benefit from the work that you as a client would put into these sessions.  The sessions can last from 30 minutes up to 1 hour in length.  

I believe movement is key to a healthy body and mind. Getting the body working by strengthening, flexing and mobilising triggers the rest of the body to want to strengthen too.
