My belief is that movement is a key to a healthy, happy life.   It's crazy how much physical movement/exercise can help the body and mind.  Knowing how to get the best from your body and mind is where I can help.

1:1 Coached Session 

 

As a Fitness coach I design sessions and programs to cater for each individual's needs.   

Working in a private setting in the Hummingbird Studio and Gym, there is no end to creativity to get you up moving, burn fat, build strength, build core muscles...the list goes on!! 

The private gym and studio facility in Horsforth, Leeds gives those who lack confidence to ditch the fear!  

We work together to achieve a goal, whether it is fat burn, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness.   The sessions are tailored to work and also designed so that you can stick to them.

Small Group Session 

 

Working out with a group of likeminded folks can be so much fun (oh and a bit of hard work!).      

Working in a private setting in the Hummingbird Studio, Gym and garden, there no end of creativity to what we can do.    More than often small group sessions are part circuit based with an additional element of flex and core to finish.    The sessions are motivating and you will, burn fat, build strength, build core muscles...the list goes on!!  

I've worked in the fitness industry with children for the past 15 years and know we can have as much fun as they do, in fact, even more!

Motivate, move and have fun!!
