Meet Jane
Certified Pilates & Fitness Instructor
I have worked in the fitness industry for 14 years starting out as a swim instructor / coach. I'm always developing and wanting to share my love of sports and exercise, in particular the three disciplines of triathlon. I qualified as a Level 1 Triathlon Coach and work with both juniors and adults in my local triathlon club. My greatest sporting achievement has been representing Great Britain in my Age Group in Standard and Sprint Distance Triathlon races across Europe.
I have a love of coaching and working with people of all ages and abilities so I took the next steps and qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, and also as an Exercise to Music instructor. I now can share my passion for exercising the body and mind with you.
I live in Horsforth, Leeds and am a wife, a mum of three children and have my faithful dog Betsie nearly always by my side. I'm crazy about exercise and pretty happy about life.

My zest for life comes from having a love of sport from a young age, playing under 18s Netball for my County, enjoying basketball for a local team, running and loving going to the gym.
I took my children to all sorts of classes when they were little but my favourite were always the swimming sessions. So after having my second child I decided to retrain from working as a PA to becoming a swimming instructor. This led me in a new direction. I began voluntary work in a private school teaching swimming. Having gained experience, I then began running and teaching baby and preschools sessions, group childrens lessons, coaching adults and children in 1:1 sessions, and on evenings coaching adult masters classes as part of my local triathlon club.
Having changed my career path I found I had a love for swimming and then running and then biking...you can see where I get my picture from now.
I work hard and play hard and 6 years ago having taken part in many triathlons at Standard distance all over the country I achieved my dream.. I qualified in my Age Group to race in Triathlon Championships in Europe and the World representing Great Britain. This photo was taken at the Standard Distance European Triathlon Championships in Tartu Estonia It was a great race!
I have such a passion for exercise and believe that it helps the body and mind. Over the last 4 years I have worked hard and gained many qualifications to progress my skills.
