Band Resistance

Only offered as recorded sessions, these Band Resistance 30 minute classes use a 2 metre resistance band and your own body weight to execute a number of repetitions working through exercises to strengthen and tone the body.  Performing these types of weight bearing exercises also helps develop and maintain bone strength as well as improve your overall health. 

In order to gain maximum benefits from this class its important to perform these exercises with proper form.   I will guide you through the exercises instructing correct form and position.
