The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
Exercise and physical activity are great ways to feel better, boost health and have fun.

It is recommended that we get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity ideally spread out over the course of a week. The greater the amount of exercise we do, the even greater the health benefits.
