What is HiiT

It’s High Intensity Interval Training
HiiT 30

 

Anyone can do it - it’s short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods. It’s worked in “rounds” - you can choose your own effort intensity for each exercise. (Good for beginner to super fit!)

I offer two HiiT sessions. HiiT 30 which is a 30 minute pure bodyweight session with 6 exercises and reactive fast movements.   Power HiiT is like a supercharge, 25 minutes long (including the warm up/cooldown).  The movements are a little slower and we use weights to burn calories and build strength.
