Power UP Pilates Online

This 30 minutes express Power Up Pilates class focuses on building the body's core strength and improving posture.   As it's only 30 minutes the class does have an element of speed through a series of low impact, repetition strengthening, stretching and conditioning exercises - with the option to add light weights. 

In the sessions we build on flexibility, coordination and strength through movement creating balance and giving the body a complete body workout.
