60 Minutes : Buy the Gift of Massages

Payment must be received in full for each voucher.   Each voucher will have 3 months use by date.

All vouchers are either emailed out directly or can be picked up from Hummingbird Pilates Studio.   

A 48 hour cancellation policy is in place when a booking is made for the voucher appointment.

All client prior to their first appointment will complete a Client Registration form.  There will be an initial assessment during the first appointment and then any adjustments made as and when required on follow up appointments.      

The sessions are tailored to individual needs. An explanation of techniques are given and patient approval is sought prior to any treatment. 

Any post treatment advice will be offered for aftercare and stretches /exercises will be recommended if required. 

Clients may be required to fill in an updated form if any changes have occured since the last appointment which may impact treatment. .

The clinic is based from my Hummingbird Studio in Horsforth, Leeds.   On arrival you will enter space of relaxation. Changing and toilet facilities are available.    There is street parking available but please note this is a residential area so please make sure you are considerate to locals.
