Aromatherapy Evening – Terms and Conditions

By attending the Aromatherapy Evening, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
 •    Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate.
 •    If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please consult with a healthcare professional before attending. Inform the event organizer of any relevant conditions prior to the event.

Health and Safety
•    The essential oils used during the event are natural, but they may cause allergic reactions. Please inform the facilitator if you are aware of any sensitivities or allergies.    
•    The event organisers are not responsible for any adverse reactions you may experience during or after the event. Participation is at your own risk
•    If you feel unwell at any point during the session, please notify the facilitator immediately.

Personal Responsibility
•    Participation in any aromatherapy activities is voluntary. You are responsible for your own well-being and comfort during the event.
 •    Please follow any instructions provided by the facilitator to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Conduct
•    Respectful behavior towards other attendees and the facilitator is required at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Liability

 •    The event organisers are not liable for any personal injuries, health issues, or loss of personal belongings during the event.
•    Participation in the event is at your own risk, and the event organizers are not responsible for any damages or accidents that occur during the session.

Privacy

•    Any personal information collected during registration will only be used for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
•    Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizer before the event begins.

 Changes to Event

•    The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including venue, date, or time. Attendees will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

 

By attending the Aromatherapy Evening, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

The evevning will be held at Hummingbird Studio in Horsforth, Leeds.   On arrival you will enter space of relaxation.  There is street parking available but please note this is a residential area so please make sure you are considerate to locals.
